Scope of Work:
Technical support and supervision of the construction process for the project “Earthworks”.
Services Provided:
- Preparation of documentation matrices, including a comprehensive list of documents required for construction execution, construction progress monitoring, and commissioning.
- Review and verification of concealed works certificates for compliance with SNiP requirements; inspection of concrete and welding logs, author supervision journals, general construction logs, as well as as-built and permitting documentation.
- Verification of completed works against approved design documentation, including review of design and estimate documentation (DED) and working drawings for compliance with approved designs, standards, and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Verification of the availability and validity of material and equipment passports, certificates of conformity, test reports, laboratory conclusions, and equipment data sheets, as well as their compliance with state standards and technical specifications.
- Support and coordination during scheduled and unscheduled inspections by local regulatory and supervisory authorities at the construction site.
