• Monitoring compliance with construction schedules and quality requirements.

• Control of compliance of design documentation with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring compliance by construction contractors with instructions, orders, and requirements issued by state authorities.

• Control of the correctness and completeness of as-built (executive) documentation, including the general construction log, author supervision log, welding logs, earthworks logs, concealed works certificates, as-built drawings, and other related documentation.

• Performance of interim acceptance of completed construction stages.

• Participation in the coordination and approval process of the revised project documentation.

• Preparation of reports addressing potential comments and remarks of the expert review authorities.

Scope of Work: Author supervision of the project.

Services Provided:

• Control over compliance with approved design solutions.

• Monitoring compliance with construction schedules and quality requirements.

• Control of compliance of design documentation with applicable regulatory requirements.

• Participation, jointly with the Client’s technical supervision team, in acceptance of critical structures and major concealed works.

• Joint participation with technical supervision in preparation of inspection certificates for completed works concealed by subsequent works and structures.

• Participation in testing and commissioning of individual completed systems.

• Verification of compliance of certificates, passports, and other technical documentation for structures, components, construction materials, and equipment with state standards, technical specifications, and approved design and estimate documentation.
