Scope of Work: Development and approval of the detailed (working) design for the construction of a residential module / Drilling Rig 5946. Author supervision during the construction period.
Services Provided:

Development of the detailed (working) design based on adaptation of the manufacturer’s drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements, sanitary and epidemiological norms, and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Coordination with the following supervisory authorities:
- Atyrau Regional Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Supervision;
- Atyrau Regional Department for Emergency Situations (State Fire Control Division);
- Obtaining the Architectural and Planning Assignment (APA) from the State Architectural and Construction Control Authority of Atyrau Region.

Obtaining a positive conclusion of the detailed design from the State Expert Review.

Provision of Author Supervision throughout the construction period.

Scope of Work: Technical supervision of the construction of a residential module at Drilling Rig 5946, EPC-2 Island.
Services Provided:
- Ensuring fulfillment of production targets for commissioning facilities within the established deadlines and execution of construction, installation, and commissioning works in accordance with approved work execution plans, meeting all quantitative and qualitative requirements.
- Organization of construction and installation works in compliance with design documentation, construction norms and regulations, technical specifications, and other applicable regulatory documents.
- Ensuring adherence to the technological sequence of construction and installation works on site.
- Ensuring receipt and availability of technical documentation required for construction activities.
- Participation in the handover of completed facilities, individual construction stages, and work packages to the Client for commissioned assets.

Project Duration: 20.03.2012 — 21.06.2012
Scope of Work: Development and adaptation of the detailed design. Technical supervision and Author supervision.
Services Provided:
- Collection of initial (baseline) data.
- Obtaining the Architectural and Planning Assignment (APA) from the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning, and Construction of Atyrau Region.
- Development of technical design documentation in accordance with the norms and regulations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Adaptation services for the technical documentation of the “Zhuldyz” Residential Module.
- Development of the Environmental Protection (EP) section of the detailed design.
- Coordination of the detailed design documentation with the State Authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Passing the State Expert Review of the detailed design.
- Provision of Author Supervision during construction.
- Provision of Technical Supervision during construction.
