Project: “Construction of the Agip KCO Export Oil Pipeline”

Project Duration: 07.2008 — 06.2010

Scope of Work: Technical support of the construction process.

Services Provided:

1. Preparation of documentation matrices.

2. Technical expert review of the Client’s as-built (executive) documentation for the project.

3. Review and verification of design and estimate documentation (DED) and working drawings for compliance with approved design documentation, as well as the norms and standards of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. Verification of the availability and validity of passports and certificates, test protocols, laboratory reports, and equipment data sheets for the materials, products, structures, and equipment used, and verification of their compliance with state standards and technical specifications.

5. Support and coordination during scheduled and unscheduled inspections by local regulatory and supervisory authorities at the construction site.
